James and his TOYS!!!

Christmas Pictures...Finally!!!

Santa Came!
We wrote a letter to Santa on Christmas Eve. I asked James what he wanted for Christmas...he wanted a tractor, a choo choo, a dig (probably a big machine), and a movie.

Picture Update....Getting our Christmas Tree

James hanging the first ornament on the tree. He loves the Christmas tree and not a single ornament has been broken this year.

10 on Tuesday

1. I have been told by a few people that my blog isn't fun to look at anymore. I guess that's a sign to start posting more. I will have a lot to post after Christmas and hopefully a few videos too!

2. 3 days until Christmas!!! I think James understands that some presents are coming from "Ho Ho Ho".

3. We are getting James a Thomas table. Gray worked on it from 9:30am until about 4 in the afternoon. I'm not sure if it really took this long or that Gray spent some time playing while he was working on it. James is going to be so excited about this gift! I can't wait to see his face.

4. Gray and I were supposed to be at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville last weekend when all of the snow came... how fun would it have been to get stuck there with the snow!

5. We have been having plumbing problems. Everytime we use both showers at the same time the toilets clog up and the tubs won't drain. We had a plumber at the house last night to clear the drain at 8:00 last night. They are coming back this morning so I hope they can figure out what is going on.

6. I am getting my oil changed right now. It is so nice to have an oil change place with computers to play on. They also vaccum out your car and wash it for free.

7. I just realized its ladies day and I got $10.00 off!!!!

8. I got James a moster truck movie and he has watched it so many times that I have the entire thing memorized...songs and all.. It is pretty annoying! Hopefully he will get some movies for Christmas.

9. Gray has been shopping for me 2 times. I have no idea what he is up to this year??

10. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!! I promise I will work on making this blog better!

10 on Tuesday

1. I just got a little reminder to post this. Thanks John....

2. James has a double ear infection and some fluid in both ears. He had a cold about 2 weeks ago and hasn't really been himself since. He has been waking up between 5:40 and 6:15 every morning and calling out in the night. I really hope that the antibiotics kick in soon. I need some good sleep!

3. The Christmas countdown has officially begun...10 days! I have finished shopping and have all of my presents wrapped.

4. I have 486 facebook friends. Do I really know that many people or do I need to de-clutter my facebook?

5. Gray gave James an early Christmas present a couple of days ago....a John Deere combine. James is obsessed with combines right now because Gray is in the process of picking beans. This combine has gone everywhere we have been for the past 2 days.

6. I think that I have picked out girl bedding. I found it on www.javisdavis.com Such a cute website where you can build your bedding from different fabric collections. I'm going to order after Christmas. I will post pictures as soon as we start working on the nursery.

7. I will be 20 weeks pregnant next week. The time is flying by this time. I really can't believe that it is halfway over. I am starting to feel her move which is so reassuring that everything is OK. James didn't move much and I worried all the time.

8. I really want to go see the Twilight movie. I'm not a crazy fan or anything I just read the books and love to see re-makes of books at the theatre. If anyone wants to go, lets make plans soon!

9. James LOVES Santa! I took him to the mall in Greenville last week and he didn't want to leave. He waited patiently until his turn and walked right up and sat on his lap. He laughed and rubbed his beard. When his turn was up all he kept saying was "more Santa" until we got in the car. I was really impressed with the Santa setup. Lots of hand santitizer and crayons and hats for the kids entertainment.

10. I wonder how much money I could make if I claimed my baby was Tiger's. I am so ready to hear/ read about something else!

1. James is in his crib right now with a house plan book. He is supposed to be sleeping but all I can hear is "Biggggg". He loves looking at this book. Maybe he will be an architect one day??? The smallest things make him happy now days. That makes me happy too! I am debating taking the book away so he will take his nap.

2. Gray's parents are having a Christmas party/ engagement party for his brother Lewis and his fiance' Jena. We are taking James and I am excited to see him when the DJ starts playing music. He has really developed some savvy dance moves in the past few weeks. Hopefully I will get a good video to post on here for next week.

3. Christmas is now 17 days away!!!

4. I feel like all of the children around here have colds. It just must be the time of year. Today when I took James to school I saw so many snotty noses. It really grossed me out. Hopefully James won't catch anything from these kids. I wish there could be a snotty nose rule at school.

5. James said "green" today. He can point to his colors but he still doesn't say them all. Now he says blue, green, yellow, purple, and pink. I am working so hard on red.

6. James thinks red is "STOP" like a stop sign. If you ask him what color something is that is red. He replies "S T O P".

7. It has rained every three days or so for the past two weeks. Gray still has a ton of beans in the field that need to be picked. We have a 90% chance today, 60% chance tomorrow, and 50% for Saturday and Sunday. I really pray for no rain. He was picking beans last year on Christmas Eve.

8. I bought 80 Christmas cards last year on sale and have ran out. It is hard to believe how many people you know when you start sending Christmas cards. I guess I will have to go to Target and get some more. Next year I think I am going to go the simple route and order online from Shutterfly.

9. I get excited to go to the post office this time of year too. I love getting Christmas Cards in the mail!

10. James is still talking so I better go and take the book away!
