What a FUN Weekend!

We had a great time in Raleigh this weekend!!! Mary Grace, my friend from high school is getting married on May 9th and we went to a wedding party for her. It was so much fun to catch up with old friends and have a night out!

The new face...

James has a new facial expression... I like to call it his "serious face". He makes it while watching TV, looking at books, or concentrating. He hasn't been feeling too good. The ear infection in his right ear never cleared up so he's on antibiotics again. Luckily its not the stomach bug that has been going around. Today was the first day that he has been himself. Just in time for a weekend in Smithfield with Nette and Granddaddy.

Happy Valentine's Day to all!

We're really not doing anything exciting tonight. Gray has worked all day and James and I have stayed around the house and played a lot outside. Tonight I am cooking a 4 course meal and Gray and I are eating in the dining room with our china. It will only be the second time its ever been used. James has fallen in love with a card that plays music. Great toddler entertainment.

James was so cute at the park yesterday. He didn't want help with ANYTHING!!! I guess he is really growing up.

Why haven't I thought of this before???

Sleep

James has been doing some serious sleeping in the past few weeks. He goes to bed between 7 and 7:30 and sleeps until 7:30 or 8 in the morning. During the day he takes 3 hour naps. All I can say is the boy loves his sleep. I think this picture explains it all.
